Monday Check In
Calories: under; I may have eaten some of my exercise calories but not many
Water: great
Exercise: half our walk at lunch; 55 minute spin class; over 14K steps
Goals for today
1. Walk at lunch✅
2. Spin class in the evening✅
3. Plan out my meals for tomorrow tonight✅
4. Eat according to plan✅

1. Rest - my foot started hurting again during spin class

Workout in the morning and start day 1 of the no junk food challenge (it's really been helping me stay on track). I have lots of fresh veggies in the house so no excuse not to eat healthy
Oh man!!!!! I am so sad this happened to you. Those damn truffles! Please tell me it wasn’t a cinnamon one. Was it at least one of the good ones? Lol
It was a Lindor milk chocolate truffle. I was reading the nutritional info and 1 truffle is 5 carbs so I could eat one and still stay within my carb goal. I completely forgot about the challenge. Oh well. I don't mind starting over. Not eating junk food is getting easier and it's a habit I'd like to stick with for the long haul.1 -

Cals : spot on
Water : around 2.5 litres
Exercise : just over 14,000 steps through a variety of means. A couple of actual walks, some from being busy at work and a final
1500 marching while watching tv.
Day 4 of being on track, slightly tougher today but manageable3 -

Struggled with exercise motivation today, but I forced myself out there. It was a horrible run - cold, slushy roads, too many close calls with drivers - but I did it, so won that battle.4 -

Hmmm, nahhh, one truffle doesn't wipe out 20 days!!!! Chocolate does have some good properties, I would consider that a small well earned treat, it's ot enoguh to count as a slip, its not as if it were a packet of crisps (chips) or you went out and had a McDonalds! I think you sound go on to day 222 -

Exercise: long walk midday, 12k steps. Yay!
Water: not enough unless I can count tea.
Goals for tomorrow:
1. Stay in the green (already have lunch packed and dinner in the crockpot—a Skinnytaste recipe)
2. Walk before or after work if not both. Long day at work tomorrow, so may not get in both.
3. 80 ounces water
4. Put fork down between bites.
5. Eat only while sitting down.

Water 100 + ounces
Exercise 10K steps but nothing formal.
Rough one today. Having one of those I want to eat everything I can possibly fit into my mouth kind of days because I am feeling very unsettled and want to eat that stress away! Instead of going completely nutters I have allowed myself a few treats and moving on. This of course after a an out of control weekend. Fully expecting a gain this week which is a bummer but it is to be expected. Taking it a day at a time.1 -
