    Exercise: Yes - planned work out, 2752 steps before tracker died, a one mile walk to a YouTube video, and dancing with my daughter.
    Goals or Day: Day was crazy but productive. Also stayed in calorie range, had a delicious dinner and had fun with the two littlest of my littles.

    Exercise 11364 steps. A day out shopping so some brisk walking.
    Goals stay within calories. I'm happy strolling along with the plan. Yesterday was a little over 1k calories, where as a Friday night could easily mean 2 to 3k calories and that would usually run on the whole weekend. Its a 🐌 slow process!!. That's the hardest part of the whole deal. Its so easy to throw in the towel when that magic number pops up on the scale.

    Hi, I am LJ. My goal for February 15 lbs and overall goal is to lose 45-50 lbs. I'm looking forward to being apart of this challenge and group. My weight has been up (mostly up!!) and down since '09 when my daughter was born. I am ready to get healthy and have some fun without feeling like I need an oxygen tank 😁
