Exercise: Yes - planned work out, 2752 steps before tracker died, a one mile walk to a YouTube video, and dancing with my daughter.
Goals or Day: Day was crazy but productive. Also stayed in calorie range, had a delicious dinner and had fun with the two littlest of my littles.2 -

Exercise 11364 steps. A day out shopping so some brisk walking.
Goals stay within calories. I'm happy strolling along with the plan. Yesterday was a little over 1k calories, where as a Friday night could easily mean 2 to 3k calories and that would usually run on the whole weekend. Its a 🐌 slow process!!. That's the hardest part of the whole deal. Its so easy to throw in the towel when that magic number pops up on the scale.

Hi, I am LJ. My goal for February 15 lbs and overall goal is to lose 45-50 lbs. I'm looking forward to being apart of this challenge and group. My weight has been up (mostly up!!) and down since '09 when my daughter was born. I am ready to get healthy and have some fun without feeling like I need an oxygen tank 😁4

Hello Team!!
New member for this biggest loser competition, I am excited and motivated to get going.
I have a long long long past of ups and downs. Finally figured out within the past few months I had some medical issues going on even though I overall am in really good health.
My doctor suggested MFP for tracking and to go low carb...so here I am on Day 1 of this new lifestyle.
A little about me: I work in a busy ER as a tech full time, I am in nursing school full time and I have a wonderful husband and two fur babies.
I love dancing and singing and do it as often as I can.
I went through and added a bunch of you but please feel free to add me if I missed you!

Hi new fitness friends! I have been on and off (mostly off) this MFP journey for almost 2 years....I am 9 pounds heavier now than when I started the first time around but that all do to lack of effort. Looking forward to meeting new friends and getting this weight off once and for good.
I am an emotional eater and that is what I need to focus controlling. I work in an oncology unit at a hospital and the patients are constantly spoiling us with sweets and treats so I graze all day long.
I've been married forever and my youngest just graduated high school, so it is my time to focus on me and my health.
