Hi returning participants and new participants. I'm still juggling with my weightloss journey. I plan to try my best to lose 5-10 pounds this month. I'm going to start tracking my foods consistently tomorrow. Reduce my carbs to 100 per day. Also, exercise 4-5 days a week. I'm not giving up though. I try to look at all the other things I have accomplished in my life and I can't give up on losing weight, because it's so hard for me.

Was hoping for a 2lb loss but I’ve eaten quite a few carbs so thinking that may be it. Still focus on this week now.

Hi All. I'm Jenni, this is my second month in this group and the 10th month on my journey to get healthy. I'm currently at 260.5lbs, down from 341.5, so I've still got a way to go, but I'm happy with my progress so far. Challenges like this keep me on track. I don't have the time to login and post every day (and my phone runs an old ios that won't run MFP), so I'll be a weekly updater.
I'm getting weighed later today, so will update then...

    Hi Everyone,

I got up at 4am and hit my home treadmill for 40 minutes before work. I plan to do it again tomorrow. I feel more energetic this morning at work. I didn't sleep good, even after taking Tylenol PM, but I pushed myself to still get up and workout. Now, I know if my sleep continues to be lacking my ability to workout will start slacking too. It was just last night I couldn't sleep, so hopefully I will get some rest tonight.

Hey guys, I just popped in here to encourage someone to volunteer to be Co-Captain and help out Tracy, she's doing a great job, but a little help can't hurt, right?!
If you're interested, please let me or her know. I'd love to get every team a Captain and Co-Captain as we've been full for a few months now and that's basically 40 team members per team and that is a lot for one person to manage. So if you're able to punch in weights on the spreadsheet and post a little encouragement from time to time, it would be extremely helpful!

Maintained this week, and I'm fine with that. I'm out of my mental health funk for the time being, and ready to kick some booty.
