    Hi, I have been on this team every month since last May but skipped January—I signed up again but they put me on Warriors. Can you please add me back here?

    Hi! I started last May at 173 lbs and got down to 158 in Nov. Throw the holidays in, a stressful January and I found myself back up to 166 last week. Anyway, keeping track of calories and eating less carbs is what I am doing.

    Good luck everyone! Glad to be back with this supportive community!

    Its only 8 lbs, I'm sure you've got this : I find that low carb eating helps me a lot :)

    Exercise - managed a short lifting session - legs and abs
    I think I must be feeling better because I wanted a glass of wine tonight! Lifting wasn't too bad, I kept it to low weight and high reps. Might even try a short run tomorrow!

    Exercise: 45 minute hill program on the treadmill. My foot is better!! :)

    I had a pretty good day! I'm still watching my sodium and as long as I keep things simple and fresh I should be OK. Last night at church our kid's group had a pizza and cookie cake party and I didn't touch any of it. One slice of pepperoni pizza would have been 870 mg of sodium. So, I had my sensible dinner at home and drank a bottle of water as I took a ton of pics of the kiddos having fun. :)

    Great trade-off - camera/pics for pizza. The photos will be worth far more in the long run!

    Have you seen a doctor yet? I was able to get cough syrup with codeine, which was a huge help with the sleeping. Might also be time for an antibiotic.

    I've not had a lot of luck with doctors. It's hard to explain but doctors are my last option. I did start taking vitamins, colloidal silver and generic musenix DM. Also I used an essential oil infuser while I tried to sleep.
    I was able to sleep in my bed last night. That's heading in the right direction.

    1. Drink more water❌
    2. Plan for some fruits and veg in my meal plan. When it’s this cold I don’t feel like eating fruits and veg❌
    3. Plan for some me time after kids are in bed!
