FINALLY!!!! I have been stuck in the 170’s since October and I’m finally in the 160’s. This also officially means I’ve lost and entire ME worth of fat.
Losing an entire ME worth of fat. Just think about that for a minute - this is worth more than a few standing ovations and happy dances! I often feel proud when carrying 35 pounds of weights across the gym, thinking I used to weigh that much without picking anything up, but you bring proud to a whole new level! Anyone working to get there - follow this woman!6 -

Your Personal Challenge:
FITNESS: Complete 3 days strength training a week. Complete 1 - 5K run on treadmill a week. Attend both Zumba and STRONG classes each week. 🏋🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️💪🏻
NUTRITION: Stay on or under allowed calories at least 5 days each week.
HYDRATION: Drink 2 liters of water every single day!!!!
SELF-CARE: Get down and boogie. Put on a good song and dance it out each day.

DAILY REFLECTIONS:
Ok, with my son Luka being home with the Flu, my TOM being almost a week late and PMS being just the absolute worst, and the crazy busy and stressful week I had, I didn’t do too bad. I even had an awesome loss. BUT, I will be adjusting my goals for week 2 as it’s a 2 week school break here and some of my classes are off and it will be harder to get to the gym with the kids home. Wishing everyone a strong week 2!2 -

Thank you so much for these words. I tend to shrug off my accomplishments when I should be crazy celebrating lol. I’m feeling very proud of how far I’ve come on this crazy long journey. No REGRETS!6 -

thanks - I'm dreaming of big numbers... even though mine are quite modest, I'll bet you all put me to shame.
If anyone misses sending in their steps, I'll make some team substitutions - there are 3 willing volunteers who would step up if anyone wants to step down. OK, I'm done with lame step jokes now too.........3 -

So far so good. Plank challenge is definitely getting harder at 1:15 (3 reps per session). But, I have 18 days left to build it to 2 minutes, so I'm feeling pretty confident I will get there.2 -
