    Calories: over-we made chocolate covered strawberries for my grandmother's birthday tomorrow and there was A LOT of tasting and spoon licking...and outright chocolate eating....and lots more chocolate eating...and I have NO IDEA the amount of foolishness I have eaten today. It was the 1st time that I have ever just put down quick add calories because I just don't know. Tomorrow isn't going to be much better. I don't know what we are doing for her birthday, only that I am suppose to be there before 4pm...ish., so there is not planning either.
    Daily goal: Battle cat needs a bath. Tomorrow, we do it again!

    I may be quiet on here for the next day or two. I am going to visit my grandmother for her birthday and then I have to come straight back and start a training seminar for work. I'll keep up with how everyone is doing, I just might not be talkative.

    Lost my momentum and everything. Over-indulged on everything! winter, family drama and a bit of S.A.D.
    This week I will be back at it! Scale says up 3.3 pounds. Can’t be fat-right? Ugg!

    @Honey5 Yeah, tracking makes all the difference in the world! You can see exactly where you went wrong if you're doing it right.
    @cindyk4919 & @over_oxers last night was my OMG what did I just do moment too??!!! Guess we just drink some water and get rid of the excess sodium and start over again. Back to it!
