Track: Yes, every single nibbling, again.
Calories: Yes, I stayed within my limit, again. Three days in a row.
Exercise: Yes. I got up early before work and did a 20 minute Leslie Sansone online video. Steps wasn't as great today. I worked at a smaller hospital with less walking. I was able to do more work, because I had a office and not a cubicle. However, I didn't get much steps. I did meet my 10k step goal which was an achievement in itself, because I had to be creative to get more steps in.

Track: No I woke up late and my day got disorganized.
Calories: No, fell off, but made my water goal. 4 (16) ounces per day. No other beverages, but water today.
Exercise: Yes. Did 36 minutes with Leslie Sansone online videos.
Goal/Day: I was some what sad I didn't make it four days, however I going to get back on track and keep kicking it!

Its a loss . This week going to drop cals down to 2,100. Keeping macros same just dropping fat by 17g. Hoping to see 1-1.5 lbs loss next week. Stay stroung on the food front guys. The food is 95% of weight loss. Stay within your cals and that fat will melt!1
