@spinnerkind I am personally very susceptible to water retention from sodium. I really have to watch my sodium intake for about 2-3 days before weigh in because it has led to +/- 5 to 8lbs difference depending on how much I go over. I don't know if it is like that for everyone, but I know that it is crazy fluctuations for me.
@erinam92 & @suezq72760 Great weigh in for the both of you!!
@suezq72760 yeah, there is a written rule somewhere about margaritas and chips!
@HelloAmbie the closer that you get to your goal, the more accurate you'll have to be with your logging. It is good to get into the practice of logging EVERYTHING now, so that it will be easier for you the closer that you get. You're doing great so far though!!0 -

I am grateful for the loss BUT I cannot get out of 170’s. Three months in this range. I have these talks with myself and say the kind words like “your still losing” “slow and steady adds up” ... but for some reason, today I just can’t. I feel like all the efforts aren’t enough and I don’t have more to give.
@spinnerkind I totally relate to your post.2 -

Exercise: no, but over 10,000 steps before work day was done.
Biggest victory for the day : I was craving something sweet in the evening. Considered making cookies, brownies or kettle corn. Settled for grapes. I think it was more tired/lazy winning out over willpower.0 -

@cindyk4919 sometimes being lazy works out to your advantage. I have a 19 yr old cat that is the prime example of when laziness works....back in March of 2000, I wanted a cuddle bed buddy. Buddy was the only feral kitten that didn't run from me....he is now a full time bed buddy 19yrs later. He has lived up to ALL my expectations of laziness!
@lk2011 & @mrs1spy great day for the both of you!
@lk2011 it might be better for your skin to be losing it very slowly for a little while too. Gives it a chance to catch up.
@tesie30 still nice!!
