    Undisciplined eating, no logging, expected move in the wrong direction as a result. Business travel makes sticking to the plan difficult but not impossible. Basically a wasted month though.

    Just returned from a week of vacation which was quite hard to stick with my Keto plan on.. this is where the whole “way of eating vs. diet” thing is helping me keep things in perspective. In the past I would have said, “Well, I blew it”, and likely given up but I’m determined to carry on! Even though I didn’t do as well as I thought I may be able to, I also realized how much I actually missed my Keto foods and the myriad benefits that come with it! On the plus side I only gained back 3 lbs and was a lot more physically active with tonnes of walking, water activities etc.

    Hang in there!! You’re logging here now which is an important step for both accountability and also to remember why you’re on this Keto path! I do agree though it is hard while traveling to keep the motivation going!

    See the 80’s again before Valentine’s Day
    See the 70’s before my husband’s bday in May
    See the 60’s by my bday in September
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145


    So I was off the bandwagon for most of Dec 2019. I was away in France and celebrating the holidays with loved ones. I put back on about 10lbs (of the 26 I’d lost) and have lost nearly 4 of those lbs so far this year doing lazy keto (no food tracking and letting some bad carbs sneak their way in).

    This month I’m doing a true keto reboot and going back to logging EVERYTHING to help avoid all those sneaky carbs that have been slowing my progress.

    Feb. 03 - 188.8! Yay! Goodbye 90's!
    Feb. 10 - 188.0 That’s the progress I want to see!!! Little by little it’s going in the right direction.
    Feb. 17 -188.0
    Feb. 24 - 188.0

    This was a stressful month, so I'm not surprised that I didn't see much change. At least I didn't go up! :blush: a 2 Lb loss is still a loss. I'm excited about March! See you all there!

    Closing out the month:
    still no access to a scale (as forecast)...not only did i see a small loss, i was able to lose some of what i gained in january.

    I've been on vacation for the past week. So today(3/3) was the first time I weighed myself and it's not too bad. I knew I would gain some weight. But I'm ready to get back on track!
