    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, a little too low per the app, but most days I don’t eat meat or dairy so I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, beans, and starches that are not very calorie dense. I don’t plan to eat anymore today because I’m satisfied.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes 🙂

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No; starting off on a friday is pretty brutal!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yesss! My saving grace!
