    Weigh in-
Sorry, I have not posted lately. I can’t remember my weight from last week, but this week was 210.

Our house has been in a total disarray trying to still get things fixed & cleaned from our burst pipes, plus my office is moving. I unfortunately have not had much a chance to post here, or keep up with regular exercise. I hope March is a little better! ☹️

@CCzMini, Colleen, I knew you were in the eye of the hurricane last week, so I just transferred over your weight. You actually posted a one pound loss!! Hopefully things with your pipes and your office get sorted out quickly so the majority of March can be devoted to you and your weight loss journey!!

It is up, but it could be way worse after being out of town for a week and a half. It is so hard when you don't have control over your food.
Came home to lots of snow...makes for good exercise.

    Starting weight on 7/25/2018: 309
    September start weight: 290 (-19)
    October start weight: 279. (-11)
    November start weight: 264.7 (-14.3)
    December start weight: 254.8 (-9.9)
    January start weight: 247.5 (-7.3)
    February start weight: 238.2 (-9.3)
    -————————————-
    Previous Week's weight: 230.2
    Today's Weight: 228.7

Down 1.5 pounds for the week and 9.5 pounds for the month, woo hoo! I’ve decided to continue on the deficit train 1 more month and then start recomp. I want to get down to a solid 220-225 range, which would give me 18-20% body fat. Then the slow magic of lifting heavy and eating Maintenance will begin :). See you all in the March threads!

Your progress since July is purely amazing! Awesome work and great dedication!!!

    Thanks @HASWLRS and @cmhubbard92 !
I just spoke with someone yesterday about consistency in sticking with the deficit being key. apparently being hungry for 7 months really works :)

@murdog3t, I know sometimes when one is close to goal, you tend to let the foot off the gas more often than usual. The "urgency" isn't there anymore. It's under two pounds...nothing that a week of being disciplined can't fix!

@heaz10, what's a couple of pounds when it meant a week and a half away from winter?!! That'll be gone in no time and well before your tan disappears!! Happy shovelling!!

@mikea2g, you hit the nail on the head....being willing to be hungry to achieve your goals!! I need to wrap my brain around that; Every time I get on a roll, hunger stops me in my tracks, and even pushes me back a few steps. I do know what I need to do, though.... Eat more veggies, continue to drink my water and work out more so I can eat more!! Sounds so simple when I put in into writing!!

So simple in writing, so challenging in practice. Take away all those emotions and this is an easy peasy journey. Add them in and it’s a constant battle of wills and a true struggle of the soul. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve cried and screamed in frustration over this process. But the victories are awfully sweet as well. And worth every second.

Had dinner out with my boyfriend last night at a diner in his town. We both had salads, and ended up going to sleep soon after we got back.

We will be having dinner out again tonight, as long as our trivia championship isn't cancelled. I have all my other food logged for the day, so staying under will be good 😊
