Hi, I'm LJ!! I started in this group on 2-01-19. My goal for February was to lose 15lbs, ended with a 15.6lbs loss. I'll set the same goal for March of 15lbs. I really like this group because of how it keeps you accountable and how it's helped me so far on weight loss journey. Good luck to everyone who has joined!!!!!

Hi everyone! I'm tanya, 30, expat Brit living in toronto!
I tried to start this challenge in September but ended up in hospital with mental health issues and had to drop out.
I'm not obsessing about calories and exercise but I'm working on a healthy food plan and dealing with an overeating addiction.
I'm nearly 4 months abstinent off sugar and I'm tracking my food daily. I'm hoping the physical recovery will show too!
I'm gonna up my exercise a bit....its tough being 340lb some days walking is tough but I'm looking forward to this challenge!!5 -
Hey everyone, welcome to March!
For this month I'm going to add an additional mini challenge (not weight related). We all know water is one of the main components in weight loss, but I know myself that I do not get enough. So the challenge is to get your recommended amount of water (something like half your weight in oz) everyday. If you're doing the daily posts you can add it with that and if not you can just drop a quick post...either way you should enter how many oz you had for the day.2 -

Not ideal but had an off day yesterday with a friend visiting from out of town so indulged a little more than i have since starting the journey. Just happy there wasn’t a gain. I was down all week last week so i suspect as soon as i get back on track I’ll go back down again. Just trying to remember it’s a marathon not a sprint4 -

Not ideal but had an off day yesterday with a friend visiting from out of town so indulged a little more than i have since starting the journey. Just happy there wasn’t a gain. I was down all week last week so i suspect as soon as i get back on track I’ll go back down again. Just trying to remember it’s a marathon not a sprint
@jwall309 Weight is always fluctuating, so I'm sure you'll be back down again soon. My last weigh in day I had maintained, and the very next day I weighed and was down 3lbs!1 -
