    Week: March Week 1
    PW = 142
    CW= 142

    No weight loss but I did lose inches. I have a scale that breaks down my fat, muscle, bone, & water weight. I most definitely gained muscle. Maybe next week the scale will move down more 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Track: Yes
    Calories under goal: Yes
    Exercise: 4600 steps walking

    I was having some stomach issues late in the day so I wasn't able to get in my workout on the bike. I did go shopping early in the day so that helped make up for it.

    I tried kale chips today .....they were so gross...what a waste of money.

    Not happy with my eating cause I can't cook my own meals and the person they sent me can't cook so was aggravated cause I had to order out totally defeat my purpose of trying to Start fresh but I know it's nothing but the enemy still going to remain positive and going to have boil eggs prepared for the future as a plan B. I did try going without eating today with nothing but my healthy snacks but that was not working. 😟
    TOMORROW'S ANOTHER DAY STAYING POSITIVE!!

    Ok so I just had to share my NSV this morning. I am wearing pants that were definitely getting to small on me and I have room in them! Lol. Feels good to be able to wear something I haven’t put on in a long time because the pants were just getting too tight. Have a great day all.

    @vicky2767 That's super exciting! You're doing great!

    Hi folks!

    This is my second month on Team Slimsons. My name is Dave, and I’m a 49 year old guy. I’m feeling like I’m in the best shape of my adult life so far. I’ve always been well above 300 pounds, hitting a little over 400 at one point many years ago. Two years ago, I really buckled down, after a scary threat from my doctor, and got to 230 in a year. Then it got tough again. I’ve been stuck between 250-270 since. I’m 6’ 4”, so I’m targeting 210. I really felt inspired last month, despite some ups and downs, so I’m excited to get into March. Currently 251.8.

    Let’s go team!!

    @Wildmage69 Welcome back Dave!! I think you're doing great, it's harder to lose weight when you're getting closer to your goal weight, but you CAN do it!!

    No loss this week, but I’m not surprised. I felt dehydrated last week and I didn’t watch as closely as I was what I was eating. Went on a 3 mile jog yesterday morning and that helped me get my mindset positive again.

    My goal for this week is to do daily posts everyday, to run 3x, and to eat 3 servings of veggies a day.
    @Beckymomof3girls Great goals for the week!! Exercise really does tend to help improve your mood/mindset, at least for me it does! You got this!

    Hi everyone! 💃👍

    Sorry I missed posting my daily post the last two days. Sadly, we had an unexpected death in the family. I am up going again!

    @Fitness327wk Sorry to hear about that, it's really never easy when that happens, and especially when it's unexpected.
