Well, I didn't get home until about 3am this morning. Yesterday was a horrible eating on the road day without any kind of planning....and with my niece and nephew. This morning my tummy feels horrible and the scale is wondering what the hell happened??!! It was day 3 or horrid eating. I'm sorry team.

Exercise - Not really and again am not happy for it.
It was a weird day yesterday, think I was feeling a bit stressed...so I went back to my old habit of mindlessly eating and drinking whilst knowing the entire time I didn't really want it!
Hopefully I can get back on track today and might take the kids for a swim after school...get some laps in and hit the refresh button!! Not sure I am going to lose on my weigh in day tomorrow but can only blame myself.3 -

It's been a few days since I last posted as I've had to let my job rule my life this week.
One day was way over on calories, the next 2 were under so I'm about even I think.
Besides a walk earlier in the week I've done no exercise. Can't wait for this work week to be done and to get to the gym on Saturday.2 -
