Okay, so I ate this amazing keto snack of brie, blackberries and chopped pecans. Trouble is, I ate the WHOLE THING....800 calories worth. Oh, my.1 -
I'm a little quiet tonight because I am trying to finish up all this training for work. My brother should be getting out of the hospital tomorrow, so it is going to be a full day. I'll be catching up with everyone tomorrow night though.4

I was never a runner in my youth, I only started when I was 30.
It's taken time to get where I am, but I'm a great believer that virtually anyone can run.
I organise a free weekly running event called parkrun that encourages and supports people to run for fitness.
I've seen complete sofa addict non-runners go on to run 5k and then marathons in the space of just 2yrs.5 -

Went to buffalo wild wings for dinner and overdid it. Mfp was down so I just ate, I estimated after and know that I went over. I fully expect water weight to hinder me tomorrow1
