One day was way over on calories, the next 2 were under so I'm about even I think.
Besides a walk earlier in the week I've done no exercise. Can't wait for this work week to be done and to get to the gym on Saturday.2 -

Hey everyone, Just wanted to let you all know I'll be on vacation starting tomorrow. Heading to Mazatlan. I'll be back a week from Saturday. Not sure if I'll be able to post while there but I'll still be focused on eating healthy. See y'all in about a week and don't drop me from the challenge.2

A loss of 1.1kg (2.4lb) from last week.
I was dreading jumping on the scales today as thought I had royally stuffed up my week so I am stoked I had a loss. And I finally got under 130kg....the last time I was under 130kg was around May last year!! In the words of Dory 'Keep on swimming,keep on swimming' :-)4 -
