Hello again and also welcome to anyone looking at this and wondering if this is for you, just give it a try!

You can post your weight here and also in the Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet which Nikki updates.

Feel very welcome to join, we usually post our weigh Sundays and use the 'Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet' also in 'Announcements' to track weight.

We use this thread to encourage each other and to add our weight as well if we want to and generally chat!

It's fun and it's been working and we've lost a shed load of weight between us. It seems to keep us going and even if we go up occasionally (and who doesn't!) we get back to it and continue the journey.

    Hi!

    Need some accountability so here I go. Been on keto since mid-January. The weight falls off in stops and starts as I figure out my rhythms and what foods/quantities work for weight loss.

    Instead of viewing it as failing, maybe working toward keto. My best intention is keto, but I usually make it to low carb even if I don't hit my macros. We can do this!

    I weighed in at the gym and their scale was higher than mine by 2 lbs! I'm using my home scale for tracking just because it's what I have access to most consistently. The gym scale will only be measured against itself hehe :)

    (Loss of 25” and 26.6 Lbs!)

    First weight back on Keto after Christmas Holidays: 193.4 lbs - Jan 2nd 2019
    Current Weight as of April 1st: 187.0

    New goals:
    See 183.8 by May 1st
    See the 60’s by my bday in September
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145

    Starting April off at 187.0 despite not changing my eating habits at all. I’ve increased my exercise and, as we know with keto, the scale isn’t everything, it’s the inches that really count. My friends and family have noticed a huge difference in my body over the past 3 weeks and I’ve noticed it too! I’ve started giving away a lot of my plus-sized clothes because they are no longer flattering. So I’m sure the scale will reflect these changes in time.

    As for logging, I've completely stopped logging since February. I found that it was stressing me out more than anything. I decided that if I want Keto to truly be my new life-style, I need to stop treating it like I would treat my old diets. Logging isn't sustainable for me and I find that it makes me resentful of my way of eating. Let's hope I continue to see success in the coming weeks.

    I'm in! I'll update tomorrow in the AM with SW and goals. I was doing low-carb/keto last year and lost 20ish lbs, maintained for several months, and then yo-yo'd with about 5 lbs back and forth. Ready to get back at it and lose another 20+ (at least) this year.
