    Evening All - London Calling!

    Daily Post (Saturday)

    Calories: Yes (were you under - No - slightly over my goal of 1550) 1655
    Exercise: Yes I did 3.82KM walking today
    Goals or Day: I've been making sure I walk at least half an hour a day and keeping on top of my water intake-a pint and hour today. Another Market wander today, fresh market salad for lunch and a brisk walk along the river!

    Tomorrow's weigh day guys! Eeeekkkk!!

    Good morning and happy Sunday everyone. 🌞
    It is easier for me to post yesterday’s info this morning. Usually by the evening I’m mentally spent. I am also changing my weigh in from Saturday morning to Sunday morning.

    Daily Post: (from yesterday, Saturday)

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Yes; goal 1370, food 1110, exercise 134, remaining 394
    Exercise: Yes; 15:00 rowing and 10:00 elliptical
    Goals or Day: met with trainer for first time and discussed body and mind set. Next week will be body evaluation and workout schedule. After work out I came home and did some light housework. My arms were spent from rowing. 😄

    Gained .8 pounds. I'm not giving up. I started over again with my healthy eating. I'm determined to meet my first goal to get under 200 pounds. I have to reset my timeframes since I didn't meet my prior ones. Gosh, weigh loss is a struggle!

    @Tomkinsone just wanted to make sure that your CW is right? I know weight is up and down, and I've gained 9 lbs in a week, but I wanted to make sure before I entered it in the spreadsheet.
