    Status check / Strategize: what went well this past week? Keep it up, or build on the success and push your envelope a bit farther . What went not-as-well-as-planned? How can you tweak your strategy to do better this coming week?

    Self-care / Self-love: We focus soooo much on the outer shell ... food choices, intentional activity exercise to burn even more calories ..... how is the Inner You doing?

    04/06-14925

    Status check / Strategize: what went well this past week? I stuck to my workout plan...made all my classes and upped my weights...
    What went not-as-well-as-planned? Almost all our planned meals this week went out the window...I am literally trying to out run a bad diet this week. MY EXCUSE - my mom is in rehab hospital from a bus accident and she had a bad week, so I ended up unprepared!!

    This week will be better!! Mom is better...kids are good...our oldest is moving back home :( She taking my workout room...1 more stressful thing to add into my life!! Grrrrrrr

    THIS IS GOING TO BE THE MODS CHALLENGE FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS
    WE WILL START THE CHALLENGE WHEN ALL OF THE TEAMS REPORT ON THE CAPTAIN THREAD THAT THE TEAMS HAVE BEEN MADE. THIS ONLY FAIR SO WE ALL START OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT.

    THE PLAYING TIME IS A 24 HOUR PERIOD FOR EACH DAY STARTING AT MIDNIGHT EACH DAY. THIS IS TO ACCOMMODATE OUR OVERSEAS MEMBERS.

    MAKE UP A BATTING ROSTER…SO THE TEAM KNOWS WHO’S ON FIRST AND SO ON…. EXAMPLE…. GREG IS ON FIRST STEVE IS THE NEXT BATTER AND HITS A DOUBLE THAT PUTS GREG ON 3RD AND STEVE ON 2ND THEN THE NEXT BATTER BUNTS BOTH BASE RUNNERS STAY IN PLACE. NEXT BATTER HITS A TRIPLE …GREG AND STEVE BOTH GO HOME FOR 2 POINT AND THE BATTER IS ON 3RD

    YOU ARE ONLY UP ONCE IN A 24 HR PERIOD.

    If you are already in the step team, you can do both while reporting just one time. Some of you are good for lots of doubles and triples :smiley:

    Sorry this was late - but I got it put in and will tell the moderators you weighed in. If it is possible to get Saturday weigh-ins reported early that really helps! Thanks - it takes a while to get used to our weird schedule, but it is really fun if you are counted in the weekly tally. Even when the changes are small, they all add up across the team. Keep up the good work! Every bit counts.

    Steps 4/6~6,863, watch died or would have been more, im bad about forgetting to put it on the charger.
