Been off the radar a few days while away from home. Intentional pass days. Long long day of travel today after getting hit with a chest infection. I did get some intentional walking done at the airport and my lack of appetite kept me within calories so today is a yes.

Track: no - I got a new phone and still transfering everything over so didn't track all my food for this day
Under: no - I was out all day so everything i ate wasn't home made, pretty sure I went over.
Exercise: 1 hour of general stable duties and 1 hour dog walk.

Checking in with a pass day for yesterday.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Easily, ran to swimming, swam, ran home, 10 mins on the rowing machine, walked.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I don't think so. Despite earning a huge amount of calories swimming and running it all went to pot when hubby got the port out after dinner.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Not yet, I will head back to my diary and try to add in what I can remember eating, I remember the tortilla chips and tub of Philadelphia, and there's a vague recollection of one of the fairy cakes I made, or maybe two......
So that's my second unplanned pass day, entirely my fault this time, along with 2 more planned pass days later this month, no winners' circle for me this month.1 -

Didn't recognize it during the day....but ate little, when I did bad choices until a pasta dinner.
Found out about 9:30 I'd caught the flu bug from great niece at s 1 year olds birthday party Saturday. Yuck

Do like we suggested for our new member who was sick the first three or more days of the month .... separate out "sick day count" from "owning choices" (pre-planned or impulsive)
Having the flu is something outside your control. Do (or don't do) what needs to be done (avoided) to get better, and don't beat yourself up about what you have no control over.2
