    I’ve had a great day. Lots of fun *and* I was able to move down one level of resistance bands for my assisted chinups. I’m getting closer to doing a chinup without help. 😁

    Staying on track this week. I need to make a conscious effort to do the same over the weekend. I do eat different on the weekend, but will make sure to track everything. I would like to see a loss on Monday!
