Did I exercise? Ran just over 3 miles, chased the kids all over the playground, and lots of walking.

I’ve had a great day. Lots of fun *and* I was able to move down one level of resistance bands for my assisted chinups. I’m getting closer to doing a chinup without help. 😁3 -

I am blown away as this is the 6th week in a row that I have lost!!!!!
My history over the years has always been weeks with losses intermixed with weeks with gains.
I know the streak will come to an end but I am so happy with what I accomplished over the last month and a half that when I do have a gain for a weekly weigh in I will be okay with it as long as it's not from binge eating junkfood!
Down 5.5 pounds in 6 weeks.
Down 31.4 pounds from my highest weight.7 -

Staying on track this week. I need to make a conscious effort to do the same over the weekend. I do eat different on the weekend, but will make sure to track everything. I would like to see a loss on Monday!2
