    Staying on track this week. I need to make a conscious effort to do the same over the weekend. I do eat different on the weekend, but will make sure to track everything. I would like to see a loss on Monday!

    Ereecise? Yes. 30 minutes on elliptical, 100 squats, 20 minutes strength exercises (push ups, sumo quats with calf raises, single leg deadlifts, reverse crunches, Y-T-W shoulder exercises). Walked 5 miles-11,845 steps.
