WOW everyone is doing sooooo well on the baseball!

We are a support group as well as a challenge. So let us know what we can help you cope with / strategize about / work around / re-frame. What ever you need help about - however you need it.

    Tomorrow is TH .... Thursday.

One of the recurring TH's from our list is "Threat" - let us know what has been threatening or interfering with your progress lately - Let's all pitch in and help defuse each others' threats. OR at least provide an attentive ear.

If things have been going well for you lately, what was a PAST threat that you overcame? What different advice/suggestions did you receive? (even if they weren't a good fit for you, they might be a fit for someone else) What ultimately got you through and put that threat in the past?

Breaks (as in fractures!) in long-standing routines with no concrete contingency / replacement plans are rather a "Threat " for me. I am now on maintenance ... which in theory means that I should increase calories while maintaining ~ the same level of activity as I find the new balance point. I upped calories 25% of the total MFP recommended new level .... but my exercise has had to also change, and I haven't settled into the new routine yet ... so those other 120 calories per day aren't available to me yet if I want to stay stable ....

    THURSDAY BASEBALL:
    1. @jugar - managed my usual triple (60 minutes workout) and MIGHT make enough steps for a single
    2. @jlbtnc
    3. @sue_01
    4. @micki48
    5. @Kittu125
    6. @fourathomej

How's it going team? So far we are ahead of the other teams!!!! Check it out on
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1brwcKsCNHTXQVlsvChTZVndGRU1zLPbAL_Fr7mfpYVI/edit#gid=1113849311 if you want. There are 2 of the F2F who do not have baseball teams in the running, so it is just 4 teams. We'll make a tally on Sunday for week 1 (of 2) of the game.

Any chance you could remember what exercise you had on SUNDAY? If you are logging, it should be simple. Send them in if you have them. The other teams have managed to re-construct their Sunday exercise, so I hope we can do so as well. If not - well then our impressive scores since Monday should keep us going well!

    45 minute workout
Sorry I am starting to slack working on some personal issues. I am still working on my steps, I am close but not sure if will be able to log tonight if get them later. I can log first thing in the morning, if ok. If not I still have a workout in.
If you are still looking for Sundays workouts, I did 1 hour and 48 minutes of walking and had 10219 steps for that day.

I made a second stab at my Core Cardio (Latin Dance) drills. Once I finally get the hang of the required mind-core muscle connections, this program will do great things for my arms!

(working hard on an anti-perfectionism-expectations "AIm for Average" mental approach as I re-learn how to move my body that quickly yet in a coordinated fashion, and expand my current range of motion-flexibility. ) After all ... I'm not 30 any more .... double that, in fact.

    Frantic / Frentic Friday

(the following actually DID happen this morning, by the way)

(wails in not-quite-mock-dispair) How can it be Friday?!? It's supposed to be SATURDAY!!! I turned of the alarm (which MUST have been set in error last night), rolled over .... 'cause it's SATurday .... and got poked an hour and a half later to be told it's after 7:00 .... soo? it's Saturday.... noooooo, it's FRIday!

W H A T !?!?!?!?!? (rush rush rush rush an hour and a half behind my comfortably paced morning routine .....)

Have you ever had One of Those Days .... and the day hasn't even STARTED yet? How did it end up working out for you?

What was your take-away Lesson(s) Learned from the experience?

    Apologies for being late today.

    Just finished my walking

    18173 steps today
    60 mins - walk/ run - sprints
    20 mins walking with weights

Not too late at all - we are more relaxed now, except for SATURDAY which everyone will have to be very prompt. @Navydaddjtc and I will tally the scores and review the play-by-play to post the results first thing on Sunday.

@Kittu125 - do you have steps and/or workouts for Sunday? I seem to be missing your steps, and we'd love to put in some scores for Sunday for baseball too.

    Tally ho!
