 Sorry team for the 1/2 pound gain. Work has been crazy lately and my eating habits are not what they should be. I will work on it for next week.

            I thought this was good, from my TOPS online leader. Thank you, Gutbusters, for being a fabulous support system for me to make my healthy goals!!
 How ready are you to make a lasting change? Many of us want to make changes, but the changes we need to make are for the rest of our lives. We're on this journey to become healthier, not just to get to a lower number.
 Our thinking is very important in this process. We need to understand why we're making changes. For some, it is health reasons and for others, it's better mobility. It's hard to feel good about yourself when it's difficult to get around and do the things we've always enjoyed.
 For many of us, a support system needs to be put into place. Only a few can do this all on their own. We need positive people to help us stay on track for this journey. Having someone there to help pick us up can mean success.

            Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. Iβm feeling sick π my stomach has been upset all day and Iβm laying bed at the moment π

 Within calories? Not even close (but still within for my weekly goal, ate my leftover calories early this week).
