March didn't go so well…and finally getting around to noting just how bad. I think I know what caused it, and i knew i had been taking too many liberties with snacking associated with exercising…i just didn't know how bad it was.
i don't have access to a scale; so here are the numbers I _can_ measure:
waist: 48 (up 1.75")
hips: 47 (up 1.75")

Technically one day late to weighing in, but I’ve been weighing myself every day and recording it. I’m down a net 4 pounds overall from the start of April! I tried extended fasting one day last week and I actually enjoyed it- might try again possibly once a week!

I actually was down under 200 lbs back in September and then fell totally, and completely off of the wagon and gained back nearly 50lbs. I am so upset at myself, but, here I am, back at it. I started back Monday, so the weigh-ins this month are very timely. Mentally, I really need a good chunk of weight to come off this month, so here's hoping.8 -
Started keto on December 31, 2018. At first, it was rough, but after a few weeks, I became used to it. I feel like I've hit a plateau and need some motivation to reach my goal.

My April goal is to lose 3 lbs!
I'm not really logging as much, just trying to continue eating healthy and exercising. I need to change things up, as I feel that my body's pretty much getting used to my current eating habits. I'm so close to my weight goal, but I'm getting so frustrated that I can't quite reach it!5 -

Hi vlinders24, Congratulation on losing 26 lbs. I'm in my 60's and exercise by walking my dogs. I have lost 15.8 lbs since January 2019. I'm working my way to reach my goal weight.I like keto way of eating.Good luck to the both of us and everyone x 🍀🌠3 -

Good morning all! A bit late to the party this month but better late than never I guess? Ended March at 143 lbs, inching forward toward my goal. Definitely still in the low carb zone, but a few months into Keto I’m starting to get bored of my tried and true Keto-friendly snacks and straying a bit and I don’t like the feeling I get when I’ve had a perfectly good Keto day and succumb to a muffin, or “just a handful” of chips. I know it’s on me and I need to develop some discipline!

BadAtitude, you should be GoodAtitude. Looking at our companion spreadsheet, it appears to me you’ve lost 23.8 pounds this year so far. You should celebrate the fact you’ve lost another 2.4 pounds in April. Ten pounds in one month is a huge goal for someone getting so close to your goal weight. In fact, look at your past progress, you have never lost 10 pounds in one month.
So, my question is, why be so hard on yourself in April? In my opinion, you should set an attainable goal in April, then blow it away, just like you’ve done each previous month. You are doing awesome and I along with others envy the success you have accomplished. Change your attitude and your April goal.

I am 45, and it is not easy to loose weight (as it was 10 years ago), but I won't give up
