    @BonnieHosk85 thank you, having the flu helped 🙈😂 I think the weight gain I had was from some ketones I was taking, as soon as I stopped them I dropped weight.

    I was wondering if I can change my weigh-in day from Monday’s to Friday’s? I’m having to buy a new scale, and won’t be able to get a new one until Friday. Mine has been acting wonky for a while and it finally broke.

    Nice loss, @Colleen790 and @mmarch427! @inshapeCK, you're exactly right. It's not uncommon to see a slight gain and it could be any of the things you mentioned or something else. You're rocking this and I'm glad you're not letting a slight gain derail you. Keep going!! :)

    I decided today was the day I was going to get to my 400% move goal on the Apple activity app, hence the excessive exercise. I think I’ll be comatose tomorrow. Gonna have to force a walk to keep from locking up too badly.

    I lost my 1/2 pound that I gained last week, so now I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago. However, I am still happy as my pants feel looser. I will take a loss in inches on my waist over loosing pounds any day.
