I am up 0.9 pounds since last Wednesday.
I am disappointed but I know it is not a lot and I know I can re-lose it but I don't feel like the decisions I made should have ended up with a gain. I even skipped having an evening snack last night and I forced myself to exercise yesterday when I didn't feel like it and I have been working really hard to measure out almost all of my food and drinks and the worst thing I had yesterday was hot chocolate soooooo I am blaming the gain on lack of sleep and my endometriosis and muscle gain as I did 5 minutes of jumping jacks and 5 minutes of rope jumping and 30 minutes of stepping on and off the balance board so my calves have been killing me the last few days and the fact that I lost 6 weeks in a row so it would not be uncommon to see a gain at some point.
Good news is I am still under 140 pounds today
and I am still 30.5 pounds down from my highest weight.5 -

Nice loss, @Colleen790 and @mmarch427! @inshapeCK, you're exactly right. It's not uncommon to see a slight gain and it could be any of the things you mentioned or something else. You're rocking this and I'm glad you're not letting a slight gain derail you. Keep going!!

I lost my 1/2 pound that I gained last week, so now I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago. However, I am still happy as my pants feel looser. I will take a loss in inches on my waist over loosing pounds any day.
