@BonnieHosk85 Its true on your quote that if it were easy everyone will do it.
But still trying.Activity is quite less. But three back exercises I do often.Consumption is moderate.
Once weather gets better,I will start walking.
Holy month is coming in May in which I will observe fasts inshallah. After seeing pain and misery starting the same time last year,I have survived.
Our team is showing results.May I also contribute towards my team and show progress.

@Stimpy56, nice job! NSV of loose pants is awesome! Happy Easter to you, too!
@fe452436, glad you're part of our team!!
Each week we have several team members who have not signed in for two weeks in a row and have dropped out. One thing I'm very proud of this week is that every single member has weighed in on their particular day!! No one has given up! I know this is hard but you are so worth this.
We're rocking April, friends!! Let's keep that going to the end of the month. We can do this!!
 Have a great evening, everyone!
 Bonnie

so Irked by the .2 gain. I'm hoping it is just muscle and maybe extra water since I upped my water intake and workouts. Thought I would have a big loss this week because of stepping up but very glad I have this group to keep me accountable and I am glad it is such a small gain.2

@mctiff24, it does get frustrating but hang in there. It'll drop off soon. 0 0

NSV...... I was out to dinner last Saturday night and I ordered a dessert. I took the dessert home and almost one week later I still haven't finished it. I am following the 3 bite rule and its helping me not to go crazy, pig out or inhale sweets.
 3 bite rule:
1st bite is to stop the craving.
2nd bite is to enjoy the taste because I inhaled the first bite.
3rd bite is to satisfy the craving which keeps me from eating the whole thing.3

@matthewsfive, sure that's fine. What an excellent NSV!! That's a great plan and you won't even feel deprived. Thanks for the hint!1

I meant to bank some calories today, but then a box of Easter trests came from my mother-in-law for my kids. I was having candy envy so I broke into my own sweets stash. Then I noticed a dessert in the fridge that was about to expire and I had enough calories for it so I had that too. Stayed in my calories though!1

@dirnali, don't worry. Keep doing what you're doing and it's going to drop off. I only lost one-tenth of a pound this week. Didn't do anything different. Didn't cheat on any foods. It happens. It's all part of the process. We can do this, friend!!

I’m basically not tracking tomorrow. I’ll track breakfast and dinner, but lunch will be a bust. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to run and offset the bug meal a bit!4
