GOOD MORNING
I STUMBLED (LITERALLY) ACROSS MY "MOVE" NOTEBOOK FROM THE VA. THE MOVE PROGRAM IS OVER WEIGHT VETS THAT NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT.
IT HAS TONS OF STUFF IN IT. RESEARCH MATERIAL, CHART, GRAPHS, AND INTERACTIVE WORK SHEETS. I HAVE DECIDED TO START AGAIN WITH THIS PROGRAM HERE AT HOME.
PHASE ONE ....GOAL SETTING
I CURRENTLY WEIGH 269 AS OF THIS MORNING 4/19
MY LONG TERM GOAL IS LOSE 5% OF MY CURRENT WEIGHT
LOSING 2 PDS. PER WEEK, I WANT TO REACH MY GOAL 6/19
60 DAYS
I FEEL THIS A ACHIEVABLE GOAL FOR ME CONSIDERING EVERYTHING GOING ON IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW.

YOU DON’T EVEN NEED TO FIGURE OUT IF IT IS A DOUBLE, TRIPLE, OR WHATEVER, UNLESS YOU WANT TO. DAILY REPORTS GO ON THE MODERATOR’S CHALLENGE BASEBALL THREAD. MODERATORS WILL TAKE CARE OF FILLING OUT THE SCORE SHEET. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE CHALLENGE IS THAT EVERY PLAYER HAS TO REPORT THEIR EXERCISE EVERY DAY. IT’S A GREAT TOOL FOR COMMITMENT.
SO LET US KNOW IF YOU AND YOUR TEAM WANT THIS CHALLENGE TO GO ON FOR 2 MORE WEEKS. IF NOT, WE’LL COME UP WITH SOMETHING ELSE! (FAIR WARNING)

THEN I WILL RECORD IT ON THE SCORE SHEET.

EXERCISE= THE NUMBER OF MINUTES YOU EXERCISE
SO IF YOU WALK ON THE TREADMILL OR ELLIPTICAL FOR 60 MIN. AND KNOCK OUT SAY 10,000 STEPS
THEN YOU HAVE A DOUBLE FOR THE EXERCISE AND A DOUBLE FOR THE STEPS.
THAT'S IT.
YOU ALSO PREFERENCE BY SAYING IT'S YOUR BASEBALL SCORE AND THE DAY YOUR REPORTING FOR
