KEEPING IN MIND THAT IN SOME INNINGS YOU COULD THE LINE UP THEN THE "AT BAT ONE TIME IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD" IS NULL AND VOID.
SO THERE FORE IF YOUR TEAM CAN BAT THE LINE UP TWICE IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD THEN THAT'S COMPLETELY LEGIT.0 -

Fat2Fit Buddy Program
@Beka3695 and I just paired up ALMOST everyone. We had an odd number and are waiting for an answer from someone to pair up the last person. Here is what we have so far. Please contact your buddy and exchange email, phone, however you want to stay in touch, and "friend" each other so you can share your food and exercise diary wherever you keep it. Set up check-in times, and go for it! Keep each other going and have a blast. If you have a problem with your buddy (time zone or other issue), just let me or @Beka3695 know by message and we'll see what we can do. Enjoy!

π£Comments/Goals: Just got home. This week is super busy, stressful, and crawling so slowβ UGH. Tomorrow is a 1200 or < day and Thursday is my other fasting day. Friday night we (hubby and I) have a fund raising gala to attend, so I will be eating there and trying my best to choose wisely, not sure if I will be able to log Fridayβs dinner. On a fun note-- I bought a low plunge, glittery, halter style gown to wear on Friday (and you can see some muscle definition in my armsπͺπ»π)!

Unsolicited advice: add 100-200 cal/day to your diet. 1000 is a low number and it will shock your body less when you start eating at your maintenance calories again.0 -
Hello Fat2Fit Challengers!
Just a quick announcement to let everyone know that Mari ( @mari_moulin ) has stepped down and away from the group again for a bit of quality life time with her family and such... Knowing Mari - I am sure she is in and out of the group all the time and I am positive she will be around to help us anytime we need it...
In the meantime, I have asked @jugar if she would be interested in becoming a moderator and helping us to run the group. Liselyn had mentioned to Becky that she was interested in doing more with the group and I know she has been doing great as a team captain... Liselyn has accepted and is now the groups newest Group Moderator. Please take a minute to say hi and congratulate her on her well deserved promotion... Please remember, these are not paid positions, everything she does - she is doing for all of us! Thank you Liselyn - for stepping up and working to help everyone in the Fat2Fit Weight Loss Challenge!
