When you are present, conscious and living with intentional purpose, you know, at a deep level, that anything is possible… when you follow certain principles.

Any result is achievable and any state of mind can be attained… when you focus your intention with clarity and purpose toward the outcome you desire.

Anything is possible in life when you have these 5 things:
Number 1. Clarity about what you want in life.
Number 2. Precise planning… or the knowing HOW to get what you want.
Number 3. The ability to adapt and overcome.
    Number 4. Purposeful persistence.
and Number 5. A “Make it happen” mentality.

Gluten cross-contamination. Can't be fixed by anything but time. Don't care about the weight, do care about the pain.

wrong direction. I think it's water weight though - my dinner last night was pretty high in sodium and I feel bloated and gross this morning. I have been going back and forth with these same 2-3 pounds for the last couple months and I am determined to get out of the 140s in May!!

    Steps: 27,450
Exercise: 60 minute walk with the dogs

I also walked 18 holes of golf which I don't count as exercise but it did give me a lot of steps!

    TEAM WORKOUT WARRIORS
IT SADDENS ME TO TELL YOU THAT MOM DIED TODAY @1230 HRS PDT....
MY FAMILY AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE WORKOUT WARRIORS AS A TEAM FOR
ALL OF THE WELL WISHES AND SUPPORT DURING THIS TIME.

SHE DIED PEACEFULLY WITHOUT PAIN AND WE WERE ABLE TO BE WITH HER AT THAT MOMENT. SHE JUST SLIP QUIETLY OVER THE RAINBOW AND NOW IS WITH DAD, FRED AND MANY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS THAT HAVE DIED BEFORE HER.

ON A MORE PRIVATE NOTE TO YOU MY TEAM OF WARRIORS I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME AND THE SUPPORT THAT YOU HAVE SHOWED ME.
GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.
