I have not been doing my part in the nutrition department.
I quit smoking in November and now it's catching up with me. I want to eat all the time to replace the habit of smoking. I held it together pretty good up until now. It's getting out of control. Every day is a new day and a new beginning to a better me. I say that, now I just have to really believe it.3 -

NOW A MOM UPDATE....
SHE LAPSED INTO UNCONSCIOUSNESS YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ABOUT 3 HOURS AFTER SIS ARRIVED AT THE HOME. THEY WERE ABLE TO TALK AND CRY AND SING PRAISE BEFORE SHE JUST LEFT US.
HER BREATHING IS LABORED AND SHALLOW.... IF YOU HAVE BEEN HERE YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS THE DEATH WATCH....I WILL IN TOWN ALL DAY TOMORROW OR AS LONG AS I CAN BE.
THE OTHER CAPTAINS AND MODS WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED THROUGHOUT TOMORROW
