Could I be moved back to the cheer squad until June?
I'm really overwhelmed with work right now. I've just already got so much on my plate, I can't manage the regular check-ins.4 -

Awesome news @tess_1982
Catching up with check-ins from Saturday:
Saturday: calories 8 left
water on target
Exercise: Parkrun! Included in 16804 steps
Sunday: calories - way under
water - under tsk tsk
Exercise 3.5 hours digging in the allotment and 14086 steps
Monday - weigh in day, no scales!
Calories - assuming under. MFP played up. I think me adding the digging shunted the day's steps over.
Water on track.
Exercise - just the 11026 steps
Payday... I mean, we're still skint, but will see about getting some scales.
Got compliments at work yesterday for looking obviously slimmer, so I'm hopeful!

Have her get in this group for next month. You can request which team she'd like to be on. It's wonderful that your wife is joining you, even if she's not ready for the group. That should be a really good thing for you and your journey as well. Nothing is better than having a "real-life" accountability partner and figuring out healthy meals etc together. Congrats!1 -

I'm sure your captains will be reminding you again, but
MAY registration is OPEN!- If you are continuing and have been weighing in and all, you do NOTHING. You will automatically be added to the May team. Keep posting here until Sunday, then head over to the May thread.
- If you want to leave, change teams, or want to be on the support team (no weigh-ins, but you can still participate in challenges and chat), let your team captains know as soon as possible.
- Please share the May registration link on any message boards or anywhere else you post - invite new members you think would enjoy this challenge: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10741448/may-fat2fit-weight-loss-challenge-and-support-group-registration-page#latest

Good Afternoon Fat2Fit Challengers
As you all may or may not know, our own Greg ( @navydaddjtc ) lost his mother after a long and difficult illness. In a show of support and to help let Greg know he has our support and is in our thoughts - I ask that each of us pause for a moment of reflection and then post a heart or a rose on the Workout Warriors Team Thread or in your own thread with Greg (@Navydaddjtc) tagged in the message...
Let's help share in his loss and help him through these difficult times...!
