Yesterday I got bought a cider and given a Cadburys creme egg, which put me very slightly over budget. It's not much but it's red on Fitbit. I accepted because I still had to walk back to the station and I really thought I'd burn it off. Noooo!

Ah! It's a drink, so I don't have to buy any. Orange, mango and pineapple flavour! We Brits buy it in big bottles and dilute it in water. It's like a sports drink, no sugar. Just lots of sweetener and crazy yellow colouring!

I made Jack Monroe's bean burger with wedges for dinner last night, and hubby came in, heard we were having that and begged for beans on the side. Result, I thought, ooh good idea, had beans too, and went 34 calories over!!!!
