Flew home to Ontario today for my aunt’s funeral. Will be a sad visit but still good to see friends and family.
I was doing so good all day on the plane but have lost track of what I’ve had to eat. Lots of walking tho which is good.
New day tomorrow!

Calories yesterday were under. Today is looking like the same.

Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill and then running all over town shopping for a new chair.
I'm back and my trip was great but I ate soooo much crap!! I felt lousy this morning and of course, my weight is wayyy up. So, back to my intermittent fasting today and my exercise. I travel again next month and I am going to work really hard to remember that eating like there are no consequences is a big fat lie that I need to stop telling myself.
I love the circle challenge and will be filling it out tomorrow!

Saturday’s Check In. Better late than never, right?

Exercise: wonderful hike to a secret spot in the Smoky Mountains where rare wildflowers are found. It was amazing!
Water: not enough
