    Ok. I think my app is acting funny again. I'll be able to log my food in but then when I get on our posts it says I have to log in and I can post.

    But I think right now is ok.

    Calories yesterday were under. Today is looking like the same.
    Water on target. And exercise yesterday was legs. Today is abs.

    Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill and then running all over town shopping for a new chair.

    I'm back and my trip was great but I ate soooo much crap!! I felt lousy this morning and of course, my weight is wayyy up. So, back to my intermittent fasting today and my exercise. I travel again next month and I am going to work really hard to remember that eating like there are no consequences is a big fat lie that I need to stop telling myself. :/:s

    I love the circle challenge and will be filling it out tomorrow!

    Exercise: wonderful hike to a secret spot in the Smoky Mountains where rare wildflowers are found. It was amazing!
