Well, today was a bit of a bust for me in trying to be healthy. My pastor decided to take the staff to lunch and I had a cheeseburger and fries. I then stayed extra long at work trying to finish up several projects so no exercise and not much water. Going to try to do much better starting tomorrow!!

Hey @embersdream - Another great week overall! It's good to figure out that some kinds of eating and drinking make you feel a bit yuck, yes? For me, there are some things, things I used to like, that I won't eat now because the yuck is not worth it.

Well actually I feel a bit like that today after a few days of eating three whole meals a day , it’s just too much for me. Especially at dinner, I need light things. It’s Easter and I’ve just generally not been watching what I eat.
Did do a weight session yesterday though and increased all my weight. Leg press at 80kg and feeling it today!! And doing more tomorrow

THERE IS ONLY ONE SIMPLE REPORT TO MAKE EVERY DAY – HOW MANY MINUTES AND/OR HOW MANY STEPS EACH PERSON HAS MADE THAT DAY. YOU DON’T EVEN NEED TO FIGURE OUT IF IT IS A DOUBLE, TRIPLE, OR WHATEVER, UNLESS YOU WANT TO. DAILY REPORTS GO ON THE MODERATOR’S CHALLENGE BASEBALL THREAD. Happy Good Friday everyone!! I started out determined to not eat Easter candy only to cave and have wayyyy too much!! Ugggghhh!! I gotta get it together and get back on my plan.
I'm fine to continue the baseball even though I have no idea what all that scoring means. I just post my steps and let you all take care of the rest.

I just peeked at the spreadsheet, we are kicking *kitten*! I love it; you guys have given me some much motivation. Especially between the step challenges in the group and on FitBit. You guys keep me moving and in turn, my scale is moving down.1
