    I still stayed under with lunch out with co-workers and a little scoop of ice cream for our birthdays. Today will be a little harder but I am determined to keep it reasonable. I want May to be a great month. Summer is coming....

    Rather disappointed to find out that 24500 steps equate to only 950 odd calories. Was looking forward to having a big meal after today. But stuck to my salad and grilled chicken. If it was easy it wouldn’t be worth it right!!!
