Hmpf. Hopefully better next week! I'm still on holiday with my parents and their eating habits are..... really different than mine. Not unhealthy per sé but the time and frequencies and portion sizes... I've tried to find a way to stay on track and still eat with them most meals but it's really difficult...1 -

Yep, the first week of the challenge often starts on the last two days of the previous month so the group leaders can keep the weigh-ins in perfect week increments. So Monday was the first week of this challenge so use April 29th weight1 -
