    Daily track - May 4th
    Tracked: Yes
    Under: No
    Exercise: absolutely none

I had one of those days where you need to miserably curl up on the couch all day. I ate junk, but not as much comfort junk as I could have done, so it’s not a total loss.

    Week: May Week 2
    PW = 204.5
    CW= 200

This week has been fantastic. We got a surprise letter yesterday with an appointment at the fertility clinic we have been waiting for the last 3 years for this appointment.

So I now have a additional motivation to do this!

That’s great news! The waiting times can be really long. We went through a battery of tests, played the waiting game and in March 2018 a miracle happened. He is almost 6 months now. Your post just brought back some memories. I wish you the best of luck 🤞🏻
Oh, great loss this week too!

    Morning all,

I am a returning member I started in April and it didn't go to plan.

Unfortunately due to chocolate and hurting my foot I did not lose any weight.

    My goals this month:

    1. To home cook all my food so that I can ensure that I can log accurately.
    2. To exercise as much as I can with my foot.
    3. To lose some weight.

    Target:
    To get below 200lb

Yay I've hit my May target.

    Weigh in week: Week 2
    Weigh in day: Sunday
    Previous Week's weight: 168.6
    Todays Weight: 168

Terrible - I was doing so well and blew it Friday, Saturday. So ticked at myself.

The main thing is that you still tracked even though you veered off course a little. I think that is very important. You're doing great!!

Some days you just need to chill out and your body is calling for it.... it's the compilation of many days that count, so one "off day" won't ruin it all--hang in there!!

    ⭐️Daily Post: Sunday 5 May

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Under
Exercise: 3 sets of 10 with dumbbells & 10 mins on exercise bike. I knew I wouldn’t have much time on the exercise bike so I went as hard as I could in the 10 mins 😅
💬Comments: I’ve recently started to log my meals in advance and am finding it’s helping me stick to my plan. I’m feeling quite positive about my weigh-in tomorrow. All week I think I’ve been just a little under my calorie allowance, I’ve been walking a bit more, added in the dumbbells and been on my exercise bike a bit more too.

    Daily Post (Sunday)

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Sortof.
    Exercise: Yes, 60 mins walking

Comments: Adjusting my macros again and doing something sort of hilarious, pre-planning my meals. I always recommend this and never do it. Why....I have literally no idea. It's smart, pre-planning sets you up for success.....but yet somehow, I never do it. So, I'm going back to basics and doing the smart things....for once.

Congrats on your first home!!! Its such an exciting (and anxious) time. I'm trying to get mine paid off in the next 2 - 3 years.

Thank you Cindy! We are super blessed and excited!

@Bm00re2u Congrats on your first home! It was a roller coaster a few years ago when we did it. Enjoy it!! And great loss!!

Then you Ashley! I am surprised by the loss, but happy it wasn't a gain.
