    Exercise: Lots and lots of walking. Spent the day at Busch Gardens with my girls and my parents. SO much fun, sun, and walking. Even though I'm away this week, I'm trying hard to stay on track as much as possible My parents took us to a buffet dinner after the park....I'm proud of my choices. I started with salad, then chose veggies, baked chicken and baked fish. Everyone around me was munching on fried chicken. Small victories!

    Goals/Day/Comments: I had a hard time with my food choices today. I went to McDonalds and thought it would be ok to get a sugar free iced latte but it turns out they have a lot of calories anyway! Ugh, not lovin it!
