    This week in kilos I am back in the two digits (98.9kgs) - very happy to reach this milestone.

    Ahhh this is awesome. Getting back to 218 is my short term goal for the kg reason. Even though I don't work in kgs, being in one onederland sounds great to me :smile:

    Yesterday was a very successful Sunday for me! Normally I really struggle on weekends (I am always over calories and track very inconstantly), but this was a good weekend - a very good thing since I fully intend to splurge on vacation next week! B)

    I meal prepped for the first time in months yesterday.
    Didnt get many steps but I am good with my cooking.

    IF you have any of those NWI people who simply have not shown up since signing up, and who do not respond to your outreach, please post here (CAPTAIN/MOTIVATORS LOUNGE), and I will move them to the DROP list. This will make this week's numbers better, and give you room for new people.

    Early registrants for JUNE are going into the support team section for now, but will move up for the beginning of JUNE if they are still there. Right?

    Weigh In Day: Monday

    The past several months have been challenging as will the next two to three months, as well. I have been stress eating or not eating at all. After Friday things may calm down ... hopefully.

    My goal at this time is to stay the same of lose 5# in the month of June, increase my water intake and stick to my plan.
