Let me make a note before i post this next thing... Being a team captain and having 2 jobs, isn't easy. I WILL miss things so if I do, I apologize. Unless you miss 3 weeks in a row, it is not a big thing to weigh in late or me miss something.

After a bit of discussion, the moderators are going to be changing it up a bit for the remaining month of May.
We are going to be eliminating the Moderators Challenge as it stands now. Instead, we are going to try introducing a Moderators Topic of the Week. This will be spearheaded by Greg and I welcome any feedback about the change.
The Moderators Topic of the Week will be an informative (and interactive) discussion on things like nutrition, dieting, fitness, etc. and will be designed to provide more "support" to the challengers in the group.
The weekly "Team Challenge" will continue as it has right along and will continue to rotate to a different team each week. I remind the team captains that the weekly challenges do not need to be elaborate, sometimes basic is just as good if not better.

THE WEEK 1 MOD CHALLENGE IS COMING TO A CLOSE TODAY AND AS A RESULT WE WILL BE RETURNING TO YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED PROGRAM OF JUST RECORDING STEPS IF THAT IS WHAT YOUR TEAM WANTS.... Back from a 10 day vacation to Italy. I brought my workout clothes, but didn’t make it to the workout rooms. One hotel the gym was only open from 9pm-12am
Thankfully, I walked a lot (20,000+ steps a day) so hopefully most of the weight I gained is water or will come off quickly.
Yesterday afternoon after 13 hours of plane travel I weighed 153.5
This morning I am at 151.8.
My last weigh in on May 1st was 149.8, so really going to try to lose the 2 lbs by my weigh in day, Wednesday. I haven’t recorded a gain before, but this was also my first vacation since I started dieting 12/2018.
For those that have tracked and vacationed, is the water weight usually gone right away (the 1.7 lbs) or does it leave over more than a day?1 -
