Such a busy week already and its only tuesday. Yesterday I was the only nursing staff, and it was just insane, todau I was on my own the first 2 hours, then we had hearing screenings, all day. I will squeeze in a quick workout after the students leave today, then home to make a quick dinner then back to work for the board meeting because they are recognizing the special olympic athletes, so I need to take my son to that. Tomorrow I have to work both my jobs, luckily Wednesdays are early outs and the weight room is open so I will work out in there before heading out to my other job. I am so ready for summer break (more like summer, only work part time, but its still a break from the super crazy I have going now) anywho, my steps should be amazing this week1 -

AHHHH, I have to share quick before I leave this job and head to my 2nd job, lol. So as I have mentioned before, I workout on my lunch at the school, and not sure if I have mentioned before or not, but 6 years ago I was at my lightest, and at the time my fittest, but I could never do a pull up. Never in my life have I done an unassisted pull up, my upper body is so weak. So my #1 goal with working out has always been to do a real pull up, well today is that day, I did an unassisted pull up, and caught it on video. Im so stoked you guys, ahhhh7

Right now I am working on doing real push-ups. I started doing deep pushups on the bathroom counter, moved down to the arm of the couch and then to the tub. When I hit 20 there, I will move to two steps and then one step and then the floor. Getting stronger, but it is SLOW!
My NSV today was that I can do a full squat, below 90 degrees, booty almost to the ground. I was so excited! I was barely able to get to 90 degrees last week!

Hey welcome new June team members, great to have some new blood. @jessicakrall8 and I are co-captains of Team Trimstones. We are not paleolithic, we are a combined team from months ago when they contracted the number of teams in the F2F Challenge. Funny, I can't even remember what the previous team name were--someone will. I'm guessing our northern tier members are now able to go outside and enjoy late spring exercising in the sun. I'm steeling myself to return to Sandia mountain hiking. Last fall I jacked up a big toenail (thanks Timberland ) and the last remnants of that are finally gone after all these months. (Not every team gets insider details like this). I encourage everyone to add something new to their physical activity portfolio this summer. Extra credit for posted pics of something exotic--or at least a push of the envelope for you.1
