    I hope the increase is due to muscle because I my eating habits and workouts haven’t changed and I was seeing great results, especially last week. It’s tough seeing the numbers go up and not down! I really thought I’d finally breakthrough into the 150’s this week 😕 guess it just gives me more determination for next week.

    Water weight is so fickle! Other than food/sodium and exercise, it could even be a hormone issue or slowed digestion for whatever reason, plus so many other things I can’t even remember right now. It’s soooo frustrating when you know you’ve done it all and the scale just laughs in your face. It’ll show your progress at some point though, hopefully sooner than later!

    Exercise? I had my 10 mile run this morning and several miles of recovery walking throughout the day.
    In calories? Yes! I’ve made up my day of excess so as long as I meet my goal tomorrow then I have met my weekly goal!
    Tracked? Yep!

    I am up half a pound this week! I was up a pond yesterday, so at least it is going back down! Goal is the 130s by mid June.

    I'm really surprised it went down! This last week has been poor self-control meets food days and potlucks. I was pretty inconsistent with logging. This next week I'm back to be more intentional about what I eat. More consistent with logging.

    I am going on a Jeep trip this holiday weekend starting Thursday. I will not have cell signal for nearly the entire trip. I will be tracking food on my phone while offline. Can I do several days worth of log-ins after I get back? I may be a day late on my weekly weigh-in as well.

    I didn’t check in yesterday, but I ran 5 miles and was under my calories, tracked everything. As for today:

    Exercise? Cardio dance video, 1.5miles ran and lots of walking today.
    Calories? Under
