    Hey all, I'm gonna bow out for the remainder of May and maybe June. I leave for Japan this Saturday, May 25 (work related) and I won't be back until Mid June. Not sure how posting would work or if I will even have access to a scale.

    Please don't count me out. I'll need this group more than ever when I get back in town. It's just that I won't be helping the team while I'm gone and that's not fair to them. I'll see you all in July.

    I'm going to take my one weigh in pass for tomorrow. I'm swollen all over...hands, feet, legs, even my face. Its almost like I'm allergic to salt. I'll be back next week. So don't count me out

    @evangsimmons170 I'm super sensitive to salt also, I have to watch my intake at least 2-3 days before weigh day because I blow up like a balloon if I get too much.

    My parents are in town for the holiday. I’m cooking out and drinking more than I usually do, and even though my calories are going over by a couple hundred, I’m logging everything and keeping a conscious idea of what I’m eating so that I can try to make good choices.

    @KristiRTT It seemed like a good goal to strive for. I still can't finish the "Oregon Trail" game without dying of dysentery yet though....hasn't happened.
