Thursday check-in
Calories: under
Water: over
Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill. I did three miles!
It was another good day! 19 1/2 hour fast, mostly low carb eating and NO sugar! I have an all-day staff meeting tomorrow and not sure where they will choose to go to lunch. I plan to fast until then and hope to make good choices. I have to go buy their snacks and sodas tonight. I plan to take my plain sparkling water and some nuts if I really feel like I need to munch on something.3 -

900 calories over yesterday. I found fudge. 😂. Not going to worry about it, today is a new day.6

Thursday update:
Food: just managed to eat under my calorie goal. But still ate a snack of coconut tart. Tried eating only half but returned to eat the rest - still need to wean myself off that. Had a seafood theme day of salmon and clams in 2 meals. Ate more veggies today.
Water: drunk 4 mugs of hot tea and 4 mugs of iced Barley Mugi tea
Exercise: didn't walk back home but took bus
Goal for tomorrow: Don't go near a bakery. Resist the convenience store for anything to eat. If I can't resist- then get a low calorie drink instead for a taste hit.2 -

I love your goals for today.
When I started, I spent a month getting myself out of the habit of food (incl. baked goods) from the convenience store a block from my house, and it was so worth it. I do now drop by occasionally to get a flavored seltzer water (Topo Chico) when I am out and about, but no longer *eat* there.
@kdv12 - If you don't mind a question (ignore this if you'd rather not say), what is LNS?
Hurray for resisting the chocolate when you went out with your daughter!

LNS - late night snacking - a very difficult thing for me. I think 3 days is my record.2 -

i like to do yard work since I am not working I time to do it but not for a few days going to rain until Monday1 -

I received a box from Imperfect Produce leaving me with enough veggies to last 2 weeks between that and a Costco trip. Time to find some new recipes! I've mostly been eating low carb aside of some light ice cream. Gym routine is going well. I need to add a few more leg machines to my workout, but put it off earlier in the week as the gym was crowded and a few machines confused me. Guess the only way to learn is to try them!

I had lost track of what I weighed in at last week and that I was lower. Happy to see that I maintained this week! 😁 It has given me a bit of a lift today!4 -
Friday Daily Update:
Food - ate below calorie goal. Still couldn't resist the store but only got a iced coffee this time.
Water - drunk less even though hottest day of the year so far at 32c.
Exercise - walked extra 30 mins as went to wrong location
Goal for tomorrow - eating out for lunch tomorrow for friend meet up. Try and eat less fattening dishes.2 -
