I just hit the 300 mile marker and am slowly working towards 400! Between race recovery and the 3 day agility trial I am way behind in my goal for May though.

Keep it up! Remember this is not a sprint, it’s a long slow Marathon!

I haven’t run a marathon in 8 years and decided to run the Richmond Marathon in November. In the past, I never incorporated speed work in to my training, but want to do it this time in hopes of a better finishing time. Does anyone have any advice on best practices for speed work that they would be willing to share?

Runderful World hit the 2019 a few days ago too. I just passed 800 myself, but as I said before it's hooked up to my Fitbit and seems to be counting walking too. I don't want to change it, because I'd like to see whether I can cover the whole 2019 myself by the end of the year! Although officially I haven't run a lot of those miles, so for our MFP challenge they don't really count.
