I really like the Gazelle. I can put as much or as little effort into my workout. Some days I go strong and get a good cardio workout and others days a slower pace does me well.

I found out that my exercise shoes cushion the bruise/lump on my foot enough for walking. I know I should probably give it a couple days without the walking, but I'm super stubborn. :laugh: I am trying to keep both of my feet elevated other times though...they are both showing signs of overuse!4 -

So I found out it's not a bruise on my foot, it is metatarsalgia. Sounds bad, right?! Nah, it just means I'm walking way too much! Need to use ice and rest plus better support when walking. As long as I cushion it well, I can walk just fine. Usually it's something they see more with runners, but I have walked A LOT. I only report Leslie miles here, but I walk a lot more than that every day. Guess I better slow it down...2 -
