@Navydaddjtc and I have our physical issues (I am actually your brain damaged friend, remember.) and we probably can't keep up with the rest of you, all of the time but we sure can tell you that there's no excuse to give up!!!!1 -

@Navydaddjtc it's not a big secret that I have permanent neurological deficits from a TBI. I am grateful to have lived through it and mostly overcome them except for these (expletive deleted) headaches and my left side completely failing to work some of the time.
For the rest of you Warriors, if I can keep going, so can you.1 -

I have to say I can tell by doing just ten minutes of breathing exercises with the free app Insight Timer hasn’t helped my overall well being. 👍👏1
