                    It's week 1! You'll probably be sore after the first day lol. But keep pushing! You'll feel better in a few days and start to feel stronger!

            I did week 1 day 1 yesterday, and I did 6, 6, 4, 4, 7 pushups. The last set was hard, but squeezed them out. Feeling sore today!1

            Week 1, day 2 of the 100 pushup challenge done! Sets of 6, 8, 6, 6, 8.
Was still a little sore from day 1, but got through it no problem. Already starting to feel stronger!

            Did week 1, day 1 Monday. Did sets of 10, 12, 7, 7 followed by a max of 8 (oh well. Was supposed to be 9+!)

The last set was super hard. Way harder than the previous days, but it's probably because I didn't sleep enough. Anyway, on to week 2 next week. I'm looking forward to taking two days off lol. But I'm pumped for next week!1 -

            Hey Flybeetle! The program is 3 days a week. You’re supposed to take a day off between each workout. I’m doing M W F, but you can do it whenever works best for you. Hundredpusups.com has the details.

I rest for the full 60 seconds...After 7 in a row today I needed it! haha!

This day was so much harder than the previous ones! Barely got the last set of 10 out. I hope I can keep up with the increasing sets!!

            I know, it gets hard pretty fast, right? You got this, Flybeetle! I remember when I did this challenge before, I had to repeat some weeks. I'm sure I'll have to do that again at some point, but it's not a bad thing. We'll get there eventually!1

Using the ol' trick I use when I have to perform pushups for my PRT every year - pound 'em out hard and fast before the back spasms lay me out lol1 -
