    Exercise ✅ got up at 5:30 and out the door by 5:50 to get in Week 2 day 2 of half marathon training.
    Goals/Day/Comments: Accoontability started this week with one of my good friends and it has helped me tremendously to stay on track!

    PS this heat sucks!!

    I need to travel to help my mom with a medical appointment today so I may be out of touch as she does not have the internet and gets upset to see me on the computer :/ I think that I will be coming back on Saturday if all goes well as I have an uncle that just passed and I will need to travel again for his wake and funeral.

    Oh my goodness my therapist kilt it on Wednesday and paid for it dearly yesterday could barely get out of bed my knees were so stiff. Something's has to change cause yes I can do the exercise but then I pay for it later soooooooo not good

    Does anyone else plan their meals ahead to stay within daily calorie intake? It really seems to help me knowing what I will eat each day. When I'm done, I'm done.

    Nice walk. Glad you went anyway. Some days for me the hardest part is to just start, once I’m done I’m glad I did it.

    @AB0215 I normally weigh in on a Monday but I'll be without my scales until Tuesday 20th, so can I give you my most recent weight tomorrow (one day early), and give my following weeks weight one day late? X

    Nutrition calories almost exactly on goal, lots of protein, not much fiber
    Exercise. Doubles tennis 75 minutes
    I frequently do my check in the following morning, but today I am posting early to reinforce my finished for the day decision. I’m also confirming my commitment to get up early and either hike or swim laps, I’ll decide based on how early and how hot!
    Favorite fruit is the one that is most in season, transitioned from berries to wonderful watermelon. But favorite veggie remains sweet white corn on the cob. Best time of the year for healthy eating!

    Beautiful day today!!! 58 degrees for my morning walk and it didn't get out of the 70s!! Spent a lot of time outside relaxing with the dogs and cleaning the bird feeders. Then took the dogs to the park for a nice evening stroll. Just a really nice day.🌄

    Exercise: Yes✅ got out with my local running group and got in 4.10 miles in an hour. That is definitely a PR for me to date!
    Goals/Day/Comments: I had a major panic attack Friday night so I had to talk myself into getting out and doing this run. I am so glad that I did because I felt so much better and relaxed.
